Entravent Terms of Service
Ground rules for the Entravent platform.
Welcome to Entravent (“Entravent,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Entravent’s website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Entravent.

Using Entravent means partnering with our Hosts and community.
Please read these Terms carefully— they explain how tickets are sold, how events are managed, and what to expect as a host or attendee.
1. Overview
Entravent is an online ticketing and event management platform that allows event organizers (“Hosts”) to create, promote, and sell tickets, and allows users (“Attendees”) to discover and purchase tickets to those events.
Entravent provides the technology that facilitates transactions between Hosts and Attendees, but Entravent is not the event organizer or venue operator. Each Host is fully responsible for their events, ticket policies, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
To use Entravent, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Entravent reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
3. Accounts and Security
When you create an Entravent account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@entravent.com.
Entravent is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Ticket Purchases
- You are buying directly from the Host, not Entravent.
- Ticket prices, refund policies, and availability are determined by the Host.
- Entravent may charge a non-refundable service fee per order, displayed clearly at checkout.
- Entravent is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by Hosts.
5. Event Hosts
If you use Entravent to host or sell tickets, you agree to:
Provide accurate event details (title, date, venue, price, etc.).
Deliver the promised event experience to Attendees.
Handle customer inquiries and refunds in good faith.
Comply with all local laws, venue rules, and tax obligations.
By creating events, Hosts authorize Entravent to:
Collect payments on their behalf via Stripe.
Deduct applicable platform and service fees.
Transfer the remaining funds to the Host’s connected Stripe account.
Entravent may hold or delay payouts if suspicious, disputed, or fraudulent activity is detected.
6. Fees and Payments
Entravent uses Stripe as its exclusive payment processor. All transactions are handled securely, and Entravent never stores card details.
Entravent may charge:
Service fees to Attendees (non-refundable).
Platform fees or processing fees to Hosts (deducted from payouts).
All applicable fees are disclosed before purchase or payout.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are determined by each Host’s policy. Entravent does not issue refunds directly unless:
The event is officially canceled; or
Entravent determines the Host has failed to deliver the event as advertised.
In such cases, Entravent may, at its discretion, process refunds through Stripe on the Host’s behalf. Service fees charged by Entravent are generally non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Entravent to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Upload or distribute harmful or illegal content.
Resell, duplicate, or counterfeit tickets.
Engage in fraud, hacking, or scraping of the Platform.
Use automated systems to extract data or interfere with functionality.
Violating this policy may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Entravent — including the platform’s name, logo, software, design, and text — are owned by or licensed to Entravent. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
Hosts retain ownership of their event content but grant Entravent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content within the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Entravent is not responsible for any event cancellations, errors, or damages arising from Host actions or third-party services.
Entravent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
Entravent’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to Entravent in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
11. Disclaimers
Entravent provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that events listed will occur, that tickets will always be available, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entravent, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of the Platform;
Your events as a Host;
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Entravent may update these Terms at any time. If material changes occur, we’ll notify you via email or a notice on our site. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of New York, USA.
